The Storm Wrestling Club, founded in the spring of 2007, is an off-season training team for Tri-State area wrestlers. Spring training centers on Freestyle and Greco-Roman styles, while fall training is focused on preparing for the upcoming scholastic seasons.
The club is open to wrestlers from ages 6-18. Organizer Barry Barrick arranges practice and event schedules, team travel, and home tournaments. Practices are held Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 6:00-7:30 pm, at the Kuhn Wrestling Center on the Mercersburg Academy campus. Several clinics are scheduled for this spring. Clinics are included in club membership. Non-members are invited to attend the clinics as well, at a minimal charge.

The Storm Wrestling Club participates primarily in the PAWF (Pennsylvania Amateur Wrestling Federation) spring and fall series events. However, West Virginia and Maryland wrestlers compete for the team in their home state qualifiers as well.
